Below information is printed on the back of the tray for your reference:
The Tree Weta is found in most gardens or in the bush. They feed on leaves and fruit and are seldom found alone preferring to live in groups. The female Weta has a long, curved egg-laying spike (ovipositor), which can be bent under her body to force eggs down into the soil. The Weta shed their external covering (exoskeleton) periodically to grow. The adult Weta can grow up to 4-6cm long. The males have much larger jaws than the females, though both sexes will hiss and bite when threatened.
