Below information printed on back of tray for your reference:
The Hoiho is thought to be one of the world’s rarest penguins. The Maori name Hoiho, noise shouter, refers to their shrill call. The Hoiho are found along the southeast of the South Island. A full grown Hoiho stands between 22 and 31 inches tall, which makes it a medium-sized species. They live an extremely solitary lifestyle which differs from other penguins who are generally social, colony-forming birds. They eat small to medium-sized fish and squid. The average lifespan of a Hoiho is 23 years; males are believed to live longer than females.
Hoiho features on the $5.00 notes.
